Delete my data
You can ask us to delete your Kisan Bharosa account and the personal data associated with it, at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us from the mobile number's associated email, or include your registered mobile number in the message, to support@kisanbharosa.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Please include:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your name (as in the app), to help us verify the account
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, district, crops)
- Your saved items and diagnosis history
- Your support messages
- Your push-notification token
Some information may be retained where required by law, or in anonymized/aggregated form that can no longer identify you.
How long it takes
We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once done.
