1. What Kisan Bharosa is

Kisan Bharosa provides AI-assisted crop diagnosis, agronomy guidance, weather, market (mandi) prices, government scheme information, and news, to help farmers make better decisions.

2. Not a substitute for professional advice

The AI-generated diagnoses, remedies, dosages, and other information in the App are provided for guidance only and may not always be accurate or complete. They are not a guaranteed substitute for professional agronomic, veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Always use your own judgement, follow product labels and safety instructions, and consult a qualified expert for important decisions. You use remedies and dosages at your own risk.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Provide accurate information so we can give you relevant advice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content that is not yours to share.
• Do not use the App to break any applicable law or regulation.

5. Content and intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your own submitted content) belong to Kisan Bharosa. News summaries are drawn from third-party sources and are provided for information. When you submit photos or questions, you grant us permission to process them to provide and improve the service.

6. Third-party services & prices

Weather, mandi prices, scheme details, and news come from third-party or government sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on this information.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kisan Bharosa is not liable for any crop loss, financial loss, or other damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
